I’m a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and Family Dog Mediator and have been interested in dog training and behavior since I was a kid. I was given my first puppy when I was ten, a red merle Australian Shepherd named Snickers, and I have had nothing but Aussies ever since! I’m lucky to live with and learn from three of them today, Eden, Angri, and Swift.
I live on the hobby farm I grew up on, about an hour South of the Metro, where I enjoy reading, gardening (indoors and out!), cooking and baking, biking, and hosting potluck game nights with my partner James and our friends. I also love hiking and paddle boarding with the dogs in the summer, and indoor rock climbing in the winter.
I started at Engmann Veterinary Behavior Consulting in 2023, and my favorite part of what I do is connecting with clients through training sessions. I’ve had so many light bulb moments of understanding with my own dogs, and I love seeing our clients enjoying those same moments with their own dog.
